CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE AT A TIME?                                      Absolutely! There are no limits to how many Bins you
may order.

Yes! Free delivery right to your door within our specified delivery zone!

WHERE IS OUR DELIVERY ZONE?
Our delivery area covers all areas within the Palmerston North City Boundary. Free Delivery within 20km radius of 'The Square' City Centre.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE
THE DELIVERY?
That’s ok, just advise our team at time of booking
with instructions as to where you would like your bin
left, making sure to leave your empty bin out for us to
collect and swap with a FULL 240L Wheelie Bin

WHAT TYPE OF FIREWOOD COMES IN THE
WHEELIE BINS?
We have mixture of either Gum & Pine Mix,
Pine Off cuts, or our most popular Hotmix.
(Hotmix contains a mixture of Gum, Mac, Pine, Wattle,
Poplar and other hard and soft woods)

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes. On your first order a fully refundable Bin deposit
of $50 is charged. This covers the cost of the bin.
On any subsequent orders you do not need to pay a
deposit and we swap your empty bin for a full one.
When you no longer want to use the service and your
bin has been returned in its original condition, we will
refund your deposit in full.

DO I OWN THE BIN?
No. The Bin is on loan to you and remains the Property
of Firewood on Wheels
